The food committee is looking for a person or group that would like to run the milkshake stand during the auction. If interested contact Lois at 717-954-2278.
Arrangements Committee
The Arrangements Committee needs your help! Able bodied persons capable of heavy lifting are needed. Lunch is provided for all set up volunteers on Thursday. There is always a need to keep the trash cans empty on Friday and Saturday. It's a rather easy job, and really not that dirty. And of course Saturday, we have to clean it all up, and restore the Expo to it's pre-rental condition. As a great team effort, we are able to raise a lot of money to help those in need. We invite you to join the effort!
Heifer Auction
The Heifer Committee is looking for individuals to assist with washing and general care for heifers during the auction event. If interested in volunteering, please select from one or more of the below volunteer date/time slots.
Main Hall Volunteers
Volunteers are needed for the Main Hall Auction to help with carrying items on stage to sell and then delivering the items to buyers.
