Arrangements Committee
The Arrangements Committee needs your help setting up on Thursday. Able bodied persons capable of heavy lifting are needed. Lunch is provided for all set up volunteers on Thursday. There is always a need to keep the trash cans empty on Friday and Saturday. It's a rather easy job, and really not that dirty. And of course Saturday, we have to clean it all up, and restore the Expo to it's pre-rental condition. As a great team effort, we are able to raise a lot of money to help those in need. We invite you to join the effort!

Country Treasures
Want to help set up the Country Treasures store? We need set up help Thursday. We price donations, and arrange them for retail sale. Friday and Saturday we are in need of storekeepers to do cashier and re-stocking work. Please contact Angela Nolt and Miriam Weaver with your questions, 717-826-7891. Saturday afternoon, help is needed to tear down and clean up.

Silent Auction
Silent Auction ends starts at 9:00 am Friday and ends at 6:00 pm Friday evening. Help is needed when the bidding ends to connect the winning bidder with their merchandise, and to restock the Silent Auction for Saturday. Silent Auction begins Saturday morning at 8:00 am and closes at 11:00 am. Help is needed to close the auction.

IT Committee
The IT Committee's job is to support all the functions of the auction with added tech to facilitate better service to our audience including donors, staff, volunteers, and leadership. The IT Committees job includes building awareness and support through Social Media. We are in need of volunteers to complete many tasks throughout the year.
At the auction this year, we are looking for trained tech individuals to support POS operations for all cashiers.

Car Show, Tractor Show & Pedal Pull
The Car Show Committee need help with set up, parking, registration, sales, judging, and clean-up. The Car Show is a very fun event, sharing what we have (a fun car) to entertain others, build support for disaster relief, and raise money to do the work. You are invited to join the team of car enthusiasts!
The Tractor Show Committee also need your help. The events will be run side by side in the same area. Some staffing will serve both events. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor to help shape the Tractor Show Committees annual event vision. We invite you to join the team!
The Pedal Pull Committee needs your help to register, set up and assist during the pull. Weight classes are determined by weight. There is no age limit. This pull is for the entire family- men, women, and children.

Artisan Alley
Artisan Alley is a lovely space to enjoy juried art and gourmet food options. Enjoy a restful moment in ambiance of a city sidewalk street cafe. Servers are needed to maintain the space for our guests. Enjoy some volunteer time serving our guests who have a heart to support our fundraiser disaster relief efforts.
